A brief company history from Patrick Hughes:

On December 14th, 1994, I was standing in a ditch filled with icy water, installing an underground electrical conduit, when I realized there has got to be a better way.

On December 15th, 1994, I started "The Hughes Electric Company”. I knew that I could provide a better environment for my customers and my employees.

Due to rapid growth, in 1997 The Hughes Electric Company became "P. J .Hughes Electric, Inc.".

With a focus on specialized, custom and innovative electrical contracting, it was a natural progression to develop a home and small business generator installation and service company.
